This Promotion is open to customers of Taco Bell stores in Australia. This Promotion is valid from 12:00 AEST on 12 January 2026 until 11.59 AEST on 8 March 2026, subject to availability. The Promotion applies to the purchase of a Chipotle Melt Burrito Meal, which includes a Chipotle Chicken Burrito, Crunchy Taco, Regular Chips & Regular Drink, in stores and eligible customers will then receive the Promotion for $8.95. For any such eligible purchase, customer must purchase the Chipotle Chicken Burrito Meal in stores. Terms and Conditions for the $8.95 Chipotle Chicken Burrito Meal (the “Promotion”)

By redeeming the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions“). Promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including all information on how to redeem the Promotion, also form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotion materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

  1. The promoter of this Promotion is TB Australia Company Pty Ltd whose address is at 20 Rodborough Road, Frenchs Forest, Sydney NSW 2086, Australia (“Taco Bell“).
  2. The Promotion is available from 12:00 AEST on 12 January 2026 until 11.59 AEST on the closing date of 8 March 2026. 
  3. The Promotion will be administered at all participating Taco Bell restaurants in Australia.  Participants may make an unlimited amount of purchases against the Promotion. All purchases are subject to availability. 
  4. To take advantage of the Promotion, participants must purchase the Chipotle Chicken Burrito Meal (includes a Chipotle Chicken Burrito, Crunchy Taco, Regular Chips & Regular Drink) in stores and they will receive this combo for $8.95. The Promotion is not available on delivery orders. 
  5. The Promotion is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. The Promotion may not be used with other discount coupons, promotions or special offers and there is no cash or other alternative offers to the Promotion in whole or in part.
  6. The Promotion cannot be used against any product purchased prior to the commencement date of the Promotion and will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying purchase has been made. 
  7. Taco Bell reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Taco Bell that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, or normal course of the Promotion. Neither Taco Bell nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies are responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. 
  8. Save where it has been negligent, Taco Bell will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participant redeeming the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit Taco Bell’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited (including any applicable minimum requirements or guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law).
  9. Any participant who redeems or attempts to redeem the Promotion in a manner, which in Taco Bell’s reasonable determination is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other participants (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Promotion) may not be permitted to redeem the Promotion at Taco Bell’s sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Promotion, Taco Bell may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Promotion as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising as a result of such actions. 
  10. All Taco Bell’s decisions in relation to the Promotion are final and Taco Bell will not enter into any correspondence with participants.
  11. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State or Territory of Australia that the applicable participant resides in the State of New South Wales, provided that if there is any confusion or disagreement as to what Jurisdiction applies, the Jurisdiction will be the State of New South Wales. The courts of the Jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions.

Free Hot Chips:

Valid in participating stores with any purchase. Applies to regular size only, excludes tortilla chips. Available instore only. Voucher must be shown in store at time of purchase and is not redeemable for cash, or able to be swapped for another menu item. Max 1x voucher use per person, minimum spends don’t apply. Not valid with any other offer. Available from 8/4/24 until 19/5/24.

Free Taco Supreme:

Free Taco Supreme offer includes one (1) hard or soft taco supreme beef, bean or chicken item only. Must present social media post or voucher to redeem offer. Costs apply to any modifications. Limit of one (1) free Taco Supreme per taco bell lover during the promotional period. Offer cannot be swapped for another menu item. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only available for Dine In and Takeaway.

Tell The Bell Free Crunchy Taco:

Customers are entitled to 1x free Crunchy Taco only to the value of $2.50 on their next visit in-store. Tell The Bell Survey must be completed within 3-days of the original purchase to be valid for redemption. To redeem voucher, print/write down the redemption code on the original Taco Bell receipt and show to staff at the Taco Bell restaurant you made the original purchase. Redemption code must be presented and claimed in-store within 14 days of receipt. Voucher not redeemable for cash, or able to be swapped for another menu item. Max 1x voucher use per transaction, minimum spends don’t apply. Not valid with any other offer.
