Inspired the fact that it’s what’s on the outside that counts with the Chalupa (it’s all your favourite taco ingredients, wrapped inside a crispy and warm, yet soft and chewy outer shell) – we asked local artist, Leah Falcoccioh, to design something that paid homage to this cult icon!
